I’d change the stars if the pro version would work at all. I purchased it via App Store however the app still asks me to purchase it again. None of the pro functionalities work. I deleted it and reinstalled restored purchases…nothing works.
Tells me to buy presets in-app to unlock, when I try it tells me to buy PRO presets first but no indication where or how or which ones on the list are them. You need to set it up so my grandma could do it. Cmon!
This synth is one i enjoy a lot! Rich of sounds and cool features👍🏻 Would be great to add the option to play in background. I would like to start some patters with it combine with other synths😊
Really everything you want in an iPad synth. The base sounds are great and the downloadable synths are amazing, esp. the historically accurate synths. Highly recommended.
It's slow and the sound is always static and it freezes alot
SynthMaster Player is a great app with an amazing number and variety of presets. The titles of the expansion modules indicate a slant towards EDM music. I am more interested in jazz fusion and atmospheric music, but I found the expansion modules useful for my needs. So, I recommend purchasing the "everything" bundle. To me, the most outstanding benefit of SynthMaster Player is that it can be linked to the very affordable desktop version that has full preset design capabilities. For Windows users, this can be applied to the equally affordable MixCraft DAW to provide a very powerful entry level music creation studio. In addition to the above benefits, my experience with the technical support staff for this product to be excellent- both in speed and accuracy for troubleshooting. The only negative aspect of this app is that has a high CPU demand. So, i PAD 3 and earlier models can have problems using this app, especially in conjunction with a DAW such as Cubasis. Methods to minimize these problems include: turning off all other apps, turning off the REVERB on SynthMaster EDIT, reducing the number of POLY vocies, and going to airplane mode.
I love the flexible preset approach. There is a lot of creative range within those xy pads. I wish there were more comprehensive and simpler demos of the expansion packs as i cant really tell if they will have anything i want based on the sample tracks. Personally i always prefer simple 'here is the sound' demonstrations as opposed to music compositions. Who knows, may be great stuff in these expansions but the price vs number of presets in a pack just does not compel me given the shot in the dark of what may be there. The pro upgrade pack was a sweet deal though.

Nothing is working properly so don't bother. I have to place a refund request with Apple since deloper has not answered my queries in over a week now.
Finding controls and labelling a bit small as well. Sounds good at times though. If the interface gets fixed up(larger controls) I may return to it. For now it is a delete.
