Good App

Got the app and used it once, and payed due instalment on time, then it refuses to make any new purchases and asked me to try again after 3 month!! when i contacted them they say it is a the app automated system and they can not change its decisions, and they can not disclose the reason for rejection. At least be clear and inform the users that they can only use it once every 3 month.

On my first day of using the app and after verifying all my data I tried to use and detect the amount of cash that are available for in-store purchases I tried three times and they blocked my card without considering I’m a new user and without warnings. Support said they cannot help with anything, but ur online shopping should be fine. Next later in the day I tried on online shopping, got failure messages, contacted support they said ohh you are blocked on everything and have to wait the longer the better, Support doesn’t have any tools to help me so why they even have support if no one could help My experience with the app is really bad, and with support as well they tried to help but they have no tools I requested data deletion and I really don’t recommend it to any one And by the way they subtracted 1 AED from my account on verification

Whenever i add my email to log in it says already registered i know that i am logging in but it doesn’t log me in

I downloaded the app I was trying to make a purchase with 1000AED it was rejected . Called customer service they say its AI system ! I need to establish trust so I need to start with 200-300AED purchase and divide on 4 payments !!! And step by step I can increase !!! After 4 months!! I mean I need at least 1 or 2 years to be approved for purchase of 1000-2000AED . Suddenly they blocked tabby card and the customer service can not do anything !
