I have been using Tabby for years. My completed orders have amounted to almost SAR 18K. I have an excellent credit record and never missed or skipped a single payment. Then all of a sudden, I am unable to complete a single purchase. Tried several times but sill failed. I got a notification that I should wait 3 months before I am able to use Tabby again. I asked their customer service and he informed me that it’s their system and there is no human intervention regarding the rejection. Totally absurd! Where’s the logic in that? My payment is always on time. It just shows that their system has become unreliable nowadays, it will reject your purchase even if you have been a loyal and avid user of the app for years. This is how they treat you in return. They never cared much of your credit record. I have since uninstalled the Tabby app and have used another payment service.

Everytime i open the Application i have to Login my account from time to time. Can you please fix it like once to login, the apps can remain login.

I’ve been an avid fan of Tabby. And I have completed more than 35 purchases not until you have to verify your ID through Nafath which doesn’t even work. And their customer support is not even helpful at all. This coming April is gonna be the last payment for all my purchases. And I guess it’s gonna be my last until they settle the issue with nafath.
