Punkt saves your stories on your local device and in your private iCloud. No one but you can read your stories. You can also protect your stories with Face ID or Touch ID.

* NO LOGIN, NO ADS *
Punkt works without sharing any personally identifiable information. The app is focused on simplicity and privacy. There is no login, no Facebook or Google SDKs, no analytics tracking, no server connection. Everything you do in Punkt is truly private and secure.

* ACCESSIBILITY *
Punkt supports dynamic type, voice-over and voice control. It is designed to be used by everyone. I would welcome any feedback regarding accessibility as this is truly important to me.

* FAIR PRICING *

Why did I start building this app? I'm a startup founder myself and I've been through very rough but also hyper exciting and happy times. That's tough by itself, but if one of your loved ones is helpless in pain and suffers then your world stops spinning. Bad times in business and private life made me think about how I can get out of this and become more positive and happier in the end. I've researched a lot and came across the one-sentence journaling technique. Long story short, I've started tracking my days in a Google Sheet. With just a few clicks I could make myself smile again by reading stories about happy days. But also the other way round, looking at rough times makes you appreciate even more what you have in your life. Now I want to help other people with this app.

Lost all of my memories

I opened the app today and realized all of my memories, my notes, my feelings are gone. My memories about dealing with pain, with loss and grief.. All of that. Gone. I do not know what happened, all I know is to AVOID this app as I lost everything I’ve ever typed there.

I’ve been using this app for almost one year and I felt in love with it. I was adding notes DAILY since then. Now, I dont have anything since half of January this year till yesterday. Everything suddenly disappeared!!!!!!!! It was really important for me, all the notes that I made, all the photos.. everything is gone..

I really like the simplicity of this app, no Ads, secured by Touch ID. Maybe a photo to add to each day would be a nice feature.

Na razie cztery gwiazdki. Bo lekko wkurzały mnie dwie rzeczy. Jedna, to brak w języku polskim prawidłowych oznaczeń w tagach „Jak się czujesz?” Jest dwa razy „znośnie”, a zamiast tego jedno powinno być „dobrze”. Niby drobnostka ale irytuje. Druga rzecz to brak wyszukiwarki. Chce popatrzeć o czym pisałem wcześniej to muszę przewijać góra dół. Na razie jestem po 14 dniach ale dajmy na to za rok, gdy będę chciał sprawdzić co pisałem w kwietniu, to mam tak przewijać?

Focused on most important things

Simple, focused and limited to the key things in journaling. I always felt overwhelmed with keeping diary, cause I felt encouraged to write down long day-stories and write down all my thoughts. With this app I am encouraged to focus on what was most important - its easier and more meaningful :) love the experience
