If I could give this a nothing rating I would.
The application is good easy to navigate, use of GPS location to your whereabouts spot on.
Unfortunately once your order is placed and you've selected the use of a credit card you may experience the below as I have
- wait time of over 1.5hrs
- contacting the selected establishment chasing your order to find it was cancelled by this application, with no warning under the pretence your payment failed.
I have then contacted the customer relations department requesting why this was done, and then was re-advised by a helpful gentlemen that by credit card failed and the order was cancelled. We are now going into 2 hours after my initial order.
I was then able to show my credit card statement showing the full amount charged along with confirmation from this application that my credit card was charged.
The helpful gentlemen apologised and advised my credit card will be refunded in a few days.
My annoyance is I'm left short changed having to wait for a refund yet they are quick to charge it, a little famished from the cancelled order and annoyed after all this waiting I receive a simple apology you'll be refunded in a few days.
Great application if you want to be robbed if you decide to use a credit card as I have.
