Total scam and rip-off - AVOID!!!
Whenever I try to order, it shows me a completely different delivery time before I pay. The minute I pay, the delivery time goes two or three times longer! This is a total rip off.

They give you completely random times for when the delivery will come and keep increasing them, resulting in delays of one hour!! And once even cancelled the order, I ordered a new one from a different place, and then they are delivering the first one too (after it said it was cancelled) and charging me for both. Extremely bad.

They won’t help you get your food or refund
Paid for food that never got delivered
I got this app when I was visiting Brussels. I was able to sign up, put my UK number and the app did not indicate I needed a local number to use the app. I ordered some food, paid for the food and waited two plus hours. Contacted support as well however after two plus hours I was told there was attempt for delivery. Anyways long story short I paid for food but never got the food. If you are visiting Brussels just stick to Deliveroo or Ubere Eats.

I got a discount ticket, and right before i finished my order, app crashed and i couldn’t you that code for discount anymore, lame

Easy to use and simple. Just ordered for the first time in Bulgaria- let’s see if I get my food!
No food and no refund at all
My order dated 12/12/2021 at Zam Zam foods in Plovdiv. I paid by card for my food initially after tracking for 40 min I got a message saying my food was delivered which was not delivered and after a couple of calls I was told there is a problem in app and the food would be delivered soon but after 1 (one) hour long wait when I called I was told they are closed for the day. It was lot of inconvenience and being a student had my exam next day which left lots of time being wasted.
