TalkingParents is the most all-inclusive co-parenting solution on the market today. We are the only shared parenting app that offers messaging, recorded phone and video calls, a shared calendar, and payments in one complete service.

SECURE MESSAGING: co-parents can send timestamped, unalterable messages to each other, allowing them to see when each message was sent or viewed.

ACCOUNTABLE CALLING: co-parents can make recorded video or phone calls, all without disclosing their phone numbers to each other.

SHARED CALENDAR: co-parents can manage custody schedules and coordinate appointments, staying in sync and avoiding conflict.

ACCOUNTABLE PAYMENTS: co-parents can keep track of all shared parenting expenses, easily making payment requests and securely sending or receiving money.

TalkingParents offers the most accessible, straightforward, and user-friendly Records system to co-parents. With TalkingParents, co-parents do not have to contact support or dig for information about obtaining a certified copy of their records for court, as they do with many other co-parenting services.

UNALTERABLE RECORDS is a standalone feature that allows co-parents to request Electronically Certified PDF Records right from within the app or they can request Printed Records from the website. Our Records simplify legal proceedings for attorneys as well, making the evidence gathering process easy and streamlined.

TalkingParents offers a Free, Standard, and Premium Plan, allowing parents of all financial standings to use our co-parenting service. Co-parents looking for affordable, cutting-edge shared parenting tools have come to the right place, as we have already helped over half a million families find support and peace-of-mind. I’m court ordered to pay these people every month. The price just keeps going up. The service is garbage

Interface issue between the keyboard and message feat

CleeG_gary on

United States

For the iPhone mobile app: There’s a glitch when sending messages where the keyboard on iPhone restricts the ability to click send at the completion of a message. The send button should be at the top of message screen, rather than scrolling down. This makes the sender have to save the draft and try to send multiple times. I’m glad we can now save drafts but the interface disconnect is extremely frustrating, making the sender want to avoid sending the message altogether or worst use another medium. If we can’t easily send longer messages or schedules for an example (which require more text); then we default to text or email and don’t need the app.

Raising Cost to communicate on app.

This app is designed to help with high conflict situations. But has many fees inside. Fee monthly to message on app, fee to process payment, fee to call. Definitely a money pit when all you want is an app that can be recorded and used in court and supported by court. I would not of requested this form of communication to be court mandated if I knew it cost so much.

I’ve used the app via online and my lap top. If I use the app on my phone, it prompts me to login. I login and it takes me to the account details screen with no way out. C’mon. Your working with people in difficult situations who don’t need this third rate engineering. Get it together.

Our Family Wizard is a million times better

Unfortunately a judge ruled that we need to use Talking Parents. There is minimal accountability kept on this platform. The app performs like a startup company on limited funding and an oblivious UX/UI team. Basic functions are non existent on the app. I was so spoiled with Our Family Wizard and almost wonder if it’s worth going back to court over? It’s really that big of a difference.

Terrible

This app barley worked the passed 3 years of using it, FaceTimes would only have video works but not audio, phone begins to get too hot and the image always becomes choppy and lags after the first5 minutes - you have to pay monthly and an additional amount for minutes - if you make a phone call no one answers it takes time away although no connection was made , now with this latest up update older devices won’t work o you I’ve to invest into a new phone if you can afford it I. Order to talk to your child .. seriously hate this app - oh yeah for 2 years I was getting double charges - one from the App Store and another from the TalkingParents billing … hate this app

Horrible app

You can’t message or use any features unless you pay for it. All this does is allow difficult parents to alienate the other parent.

I have told you
