How does this app record calls?

When you're on a call and you want to record it, open TapeACall and press the record button. We will put your call on hold and dial our recording line. As soon as our line answers tap the merge button on your screen to create a 3 way call between your other caller and our recording line.
If you want to record an outgoing call, just press the record button. The app will dial our recording line and will begin recording as soon as our line answers. Once that happens, tap the add call button on your screen, call the person you want to record, then press the merge button when they answer.

Can I download recordings to my computer?
Yes, and we've made it extremely easy to do this. Simply select a recording then tap the arrow button to the right of the player. This will show a screen containing a number of ways to share your recording. The most popular ways to transfer recordings to your computer are by email, Dropbox or Google Drive.

As many as you want! We don't have a limit on the number of recordings you can make.

If you upgrade to 1 year unlimited recording, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The TapeACall Pro unlimited recordings subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Paid the 10.99 for app and then it asks for verification code but it will not allow you to enter all 6 numbers so it will not work at all. Please do not waste your money.

Awful
I’ve used in past was great now I paid $11 for app $6 for a month and says subscription not found even though it’s in my paid apps in settings
3.5x price hike?!? Nope.
I’ve used and been happy with the app for years, but an annual price hike from $20/year to $70/year? Not when there are other options. Just cancelled my subscription.
Can’t use
I paid for this app. When I installed it it sends you a 6 digit code to verify but the app only has spots for 5 digits to input. I’m deleted the app and reinstalled and reached out to customer support with no reply. Wasted my money.
Locked out
This app has always been fantastic but last week, just before an interview, I was locked out. The sign in only had 5 spaces for a 6 digit code so it kept telling me I had the wrong one. I emailed support twice with no response. I’ve alway relied on this app and now it’s left me in the lurch. (My backup recording plan failed and I lost the interview!) What happened Tape A Call?! You used to be perfect!
Verification Broke
Couldn’t event start to use the app because the verification function is broken. The app has a 5 number code but the text it sends has 6. So matter what you do the verification always fails.
Verification Issue with Long-term Subscription
’ve been using this software for 10 years with no problems. Recently, I keep getting asked to verify my phone number, but the six-digit code doesn’t fit in the five available boxes. This bug has forced me to subscribe to their other service at $14.99, while my original subscription is only $5.99. Why is the pro version cheaper? I don’t know, but I shouldn’t have to pay for two subscriptions. Please fix this issue quickly.
Won't work
I cannot use it! Keeps trying to send me a 6 digit code for 5 digit input. Please help!
