Taptap Send: Money Transfer

They are a scam. Do not use!!!

This company started off well. Then once they have built the trust of people they started giving excuses. I made a transaction three days ago, money has been debited from my account and is showing as delivered to the recipient. But till now, the recipient has not received the money. I have called this company over 5 times asking for details of what happened to the money, the recipient has also gone to her bank and asked for bank statements, and the bank confirmed that this company did not deposit the money. I encourage everyone who uses their service to start looking for alternatives because they won't get away with this type of behavior for much longer.

Unable to use this app in USA. Is this App safe?

I have used taptap send with little to no issue until this Christmas where I send money to Ghana using mobile money. The phone number and the name did not match and per the new rule in Ghana, the transaction should have been voided. I reached out to Taptap send and they said they cannot do anything about it since the money has already been send to Vodafone Ghana. I tried reaching out to them several times but didn’t get any response. The next time I logged into my account, I was told my account was suspended for reasons I do not know. That was very surprising to me. I felt like as a loyal customer, if my money is not going to be refunded, my account should be suspended because I called to have the issue resolved. The amount of money in question was not that huge of money to warrant that.

Estoy enviando desde hace 3 días dinero y no puedo contacto a soporte y duran 3 días para co testar y cuando contesta no te ayudan en nada, llamo y no hablan español y te dicen envíen un correo se lo envío menos que contesta la verdad la app se ve buena pero no puedo usarla porque no me dan ayuda en nada

Tap Tap needs to do better, the profit margin earned by this company and offering lower prices is x change rate needs to addressed. Customer satisfaction should be prioritized over profitability.

Que aplicación tan mala, necesito enviar dinero a mis papás en Colombia y porque ninguno de los dos tiene segundo apellido, no podré enviarles. Ni siquiera dejan actualizar la aplicación o eliminar esa opción del segundo apellido, en Colombia es muy común que la gente solo tenga un apellido!!!
