Have to say it’s really good. Interface is nice & app seems reliable so far. I’m just personally waiting to upgrade when an alternative alert tone is added. Idk why Apple decided to change it to some dull noise. I can’t hear these alerts at all. App offered checklists & subtasks & options to make text bold etc. Great touch. Only wish & hope it comes soon is when an alerts pops up on screen & select it, it will take you straight to that reminder itself. Plus it would BE GREAT if it had a SUBJECT line to input what the reminder is about. It’s super helpful & if it displayed on the alert & watch would be ideal Also the ability to use backlinks to other apps like notes you want to go back to. It also needs to be able to share documents from phone or phone apps like documents into TaskFlow. Hope development continues & it doesn’t stop after awhile 🙏🏼
Probably the closest to what I’ve been looking for since for ever as far as task management apps! Make sure to learn all its features so you can take advantage of it all, it’s great!!
This app has been instrumental in getting me more organized and the Task Flow support team was so quick and patient with me about an issue that turned out to have nothing to do with the app itself!
It keeps improving with every update, syncs using CloudKit (iCloud), drag and drop emails to create tasks, subtasks, recurring tasks, reminders, attachments (including documents and PDFs) and everything you want in a kanban. Love the iOS versions too.
Very promising and beautifully designed app. ### Things I appreciate ... • Clean and pleasing interface with color highlights via themes • Can assign a task to multiple projects • Unlimited subtasks • Image and file attachments • Project icons • Full Screen notes view editor with Markdown support • iCloud sync • Mac app • Multiple icon choices • Board view with editable sections • Non-invasive privacy policy • Family sharing • Lifetime purchase option • Actively Developed ### Things that hold me back upgrading to Plus • Subtasks can't be assigned to Focus, Today or Upcoming. • Upcoming doesn't allow you to drag and drop tasks between dates for easy scheduling. • No System calendar integration. • No Reminder import. • Callback URLs not clickable in Notes field. • Timer doesn't integrate with tasks — The desired behavior would allow you to associate the timer with any task or subtask and keep a running log of how much time spent on tasks and projects. Also a straight time logger as an alternative to Pomodoro would be preferred for some (as an alternative option). • Missing Apple Watch app and not on the Roadmap. ### Few other little things that could improve the user experience ... • Allow us to add a new task from the app icon for quick entry. • Task / subtask / project creation dates placed discretely. • Contextual menu support for tasks / subtasks for quickly scheduling or adding to projects, etc. • Section icons (like for projects). • The ability to turn off quotes on Today view and ideally be able to add our own custom quotes if we desire. • It is confusing to have two different elements named the same (Focus view and Focus timer) — maybe change the name of one of them so their purpose is unambiguous. • Custom tab — let user add a view (I.e., a project, Today, Upcoming) as one of the tabs at the bottom. All of these suggestions were offered in the spirit of helping Task Flow to reach its highest potential. Thank you for listening.
Fantastic App. I've been using the Task Flowj for almost a year now. I've tried several of the other top apps and Task Flow has topped them all. I highly recommend you try it.
I can’t believe how life changing this app is. I’ve tried every app to help me stay on task and this is superior to any I’ve found for my ADHD brain. This app flows how my brain does!
Crashed repeatedly on launch when I recently installed it on my iPad yesterday. Today somehow it si working. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for this so annoying thing. Once you activate notifications you start getting random notifications reminding you to use notifications. It happens on every Mac and iDevice I own including my Apple Watch (SOOOOO ANNOYING).
I have been looking for a good app for just highschool classes and this is the best one ever! It helps to keep everything orgnized and i love the notes fiture on it because I can put a comment that I need or even a list or something like that! This app is really amazing and not super complecated to use! Most of the apps out there are very complecated to use and it would take me forever to figure out how to use it! Also it connects across every device which is amazing and it updates imeditley which is super helpful to me!
