Für mich beste ToDo Liste, aber
Ich habe sehr viele (über hundert) parallele Aufgaben und die App hilft mir wahnsinnig gut bei der Organisation, Priorisierung, so dass ich einen sehr guten Überblick halten kann. Leider antwortet der Support so gar nicht auf meine Anfrage. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag habe ich: Es sollte möglich sein, dass man sich Listen erstellen kann, die überfällige Aufgaben mit terminierten zusammen anzeigen lassen kann. Also zum Beispiel: Überfällig UND Heute oder Überfällig UND nächste 3 Tage… usw. Über SmartLists geht ja eigentlich eine Kombination von mehreren Kriterien, aber man kann nicht zwei verschiedene Datumsangaben miteinander kombinieren. Das ist etwas schade. Ansonsten DAUMEN hoch.
Keine ToDo-App, eher Projektmanagement
Als persönliche ToDo-App empfehle ich es nicht, da ist man mit Erinnerungen (Siri/Kurzbefehle) oder Things 3 (weniger Funktionen, dafür besonders gelungen) besser bedient. Oder eben Todoist, wenn man Abos mag.
Tasks hat seine Stärke in der Zusammenarbeit/Projektmanagement zum kleinen Preis und kann da durchaus überzeugen für 45-90€ Lifetime und Familienfreigabe.
Für meine persönlichen Aufgaben kann mich die Oberfläche aber nicht überzeugen.
Good ideas, bad synchronization and service
The concept of the app, combining regular to do list concepts with kanban is pretty nifty. However, the synchronization with the Mac desktop app on my MacBook is not working at all. I tried to get some feedback and service from the developer, but they don't react whatsoever. This simply doesn't work for me, I cancelled the subscription.
Nach einem Jahr nutzung
in der Abo-Version muss ich leider sagen, ich bleibe bei Apples Notizen. Es fehlen eben vieles, was Notizen hat/kann. z. B. Verschlüsseln, Einbinden von PDFs, Bildern usw. Aber das Beste ist das Teilen. Somit kann ich die Notiz in Erinnerungen speichern und mich erinnern lassen :) . Natürlich entwickelt sich die App weiter, aber ich bekomme das, was ich benötige, bei Apple schon geliefert und das umsonst. Auch ist das Preismodell etwas überzogen, Lifetime wird mir gerade statt 114 € für 89 € angezeigt, dieser Preis war Ende 2022 bei 49 €, was noch okay war, aber nun 114 € ist schon arg übertrieben. Aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden.
Tasks auf den Punkt
Genau so stellt man sich eine Aufgaben App vor. Passt perfekt in das Apple System, schlicht, einfach super zu bedienen. Aber alle wichitge Funktionen dabei. Und vor allem ein super Entwickler, der sich wirklich auch um seine App kümmert. Fairer Preis, für eine TopApp, unbedingt ausprobieren.
Automations
Great App, would be even better if priorities would automatically change stages (from no priority, to “!”, “!!” & “!!!”) when, you reach certain due dates or times, like 24 hours before the due date “!”, 12 hours = “!!”, 6 hours = “!!!”. Would be great if I could adjust these times then as well.
& please never change the app icon, it looks SO GOOD haha <3
Sehr gut aber teuer
Ich habe viele verschiedene TO-DO Apps ausprobiert und diese ist eindeutig die für mich übersichtlichste und vor allem hat sie gute Widgets. ABER man kann in der Kostenlosen Variante nur 2 Projekte (also Listen) anlegen. Wer mehr möchte muss entweder ca. 15€ monatlich oder ca. 70€ einmalig investiert. Wen es aber nicht stört nur 2 Listen erstellen zu können hat hiermit eine sehr gut strukturierte App
Läuft nicht auf Iphone
nach Installation öffnet sich ein Bild mit Hinweisen zum Programm.
Dieses Bild lässt sich nicht wegklicken auch nicht über das Kreuz rechts oben. Software somit unbrauchbar.
Watch fehlt
Kein Watch-Support, aber 70€ - nicht Euer Ernst, oder ?
Stürzt ständig ab
Habe den Lifetime Zugang für 60€ gestern gekauft, weil mich das Konzept und die Ähnlichkeit zu ToDoIst mit einer privacy-By-design-policy total überzeugt haben. Heute versuche ich seit einer Stunde Aufgaben und Projekte einzurichten und die App stürzt permanent ab. Würde den Kauf am liebsten direkt rückgängig machen.
