تطبيق توكلنا طوارئ هو التطبيق الرسمي المعتمد بالمملكة العربية السعودية لإدارة حالات الطوارئ والحماية المجتمعية، والذي كان له دور هام في الحد من انتشار فايروس كورونا وقد تم تطويره بواسطة الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي "سدايا".
ساهم تطبيق توكلنا في بداية إطلاقه بإدارة منح التصاريح إلكترونيًا خلال "فترة حظر التجوال" للقطاع الحكومي والقطاع الخاص وكذلك الأفراد، مما ساعد في الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا في المملكة.
وخلال مرحلة العودة بحذر، أطلق التطبيق عِدّة خدمات جديدة مهمة تساهم في تحقيق العودة الآمنة، أبرزها توضيح الحالة الصحية لمستخدم التطبيق من خلال الأكواد المُلوَّنة بأعلى درجات الأمان والخصوصيَّة.

The inefficiency of the image on the site + all the small numerical examinations on the site, however, the health condition has not changed

Absolutamente inútil, no fiable y completamente aleatoria. Con la PCR negativa en la mano y m dice que estoy infectado. Fatal.
Very good effort
The app has been developed really fast and is continuously being developed and improved. Very good effort and one of the best I’ve seen in any country for vaccination, health immunity status, etc. it has some bugs but they are fixed really fast
WRONG APP COLOUR
APP colour does not show according to real personal status after PCR result shows NEGATIVE.
App does not work
The colour of the card is not accurate and is fixed at purple red if you have travelled. I have made 4 different reports in the last 1.5 months to try to get the colour of my card changed but with no success. the app is not working and this is quite serious to people’s lives. I can’t enter hospitals, shopping centers, and it has seriously impacted my life. It’s dangerous to rely on tech for managing social issues like this especially if your tech is not working
International code not correct
Trying to install for Spain mobile number is not possible due country code display is wrong +344 instead of +34 means you do not receive the validation code to finalize
Prefijo de teléfono equivocado.
Al darme de alta e indicar que soy español, la app pone por defecto el código +344 en vez de poner +34. Así que no se puede terminar el registro porque los códigos enviados nunca llegan al destinatario.
