Description
Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.
During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.

رائع لكن من فترة يفتح الصفحة الرئيسية بس مايفتح اي ايقونة اخرى زي الجواز الصحي
Very Flaky
I installed the app successfully in Saudia and after returning to the U.K. I uninstalled the app as I understood the app works in the U.K. after initially registering in Saudia which is a pre requisite for first time registration. I have now reinstalled the app and added my passport, region and password but for one week it says “ Service is not available paltry again later”. Please fix this issue as it’s annoying that I cannot login despite having registered in Mecca a few months ago.

Tried signing up with 3 different phone numbers and non of them worked it kept asking me to check my details that are 100% right

Battery killer
Why does the app need to know my location all the time? My phone battery always needs charging. Please change the settings so the app only tracks your location when it is active, or better still, remove the need for location services.

Change Language
Change Language to ARABIC and it will turn Green and work
It won’t even let me register
I have tried for many days now to even register on the app? I don’t know what is going on but please fix this!
