I moved from UAE to KSA and don’t know how to update my vaccination certificate and I can’t go to Mall in KSA ? No function to send request for it or scan and add information. Should I have extra 3 more and it’s will be 6 vaccine in my body??? How I can update without to do vaccine in KSA ?????
The application has been very useful and great during most of time in time flying in and out of Saudi Arabia. But a week ago, I started experiencing a problem with the app. This one got disconnected for some reason, and when I try to log in it asks me to change the phone number (my saudi number didn’t change). When I try doing that, it tells me again that I cannot change the number. It seems like there is a loop, and I cannot find any solution. Please help.
I have taken 2 doses and 1 booster and it shows incomplete vaccination health passport card only 1 vaccination dose is shown that also wrong date now it shows incomplete vaccination

Lousy apps. I tried multiple times to register with my Emirati number but couldn’t. I contacted them on their Twitter account but they didn’t even answer me back. I don’t know why they put option to register from outside KSA if i have to purchase a Saudi number.. this is ridiculous!
Landed in Riyadh at around 11 pm. Had to sign a disclaimer that I’d download and register within 8 hours. IT DOESN'T WORK IF YOU DON’T HAVE A SAUDI NUMBER. Figured this out when I was at Riyadh airport at 6 am trying to catch a plane to Jeddah. I was treated poorly, very mean and condescending staff. They almost didn’t let me in. It wasn’t until I was checking in that the man told me I need a Saudi number...
Please fix the login problem in the latest version 3.2.1
Tried many times to sign in but it doesn't work. Wast of time
Updated September Keeps requiring to enter ID on each log in Then freezes to load status and picture !! Old version much better
I enter the code then it keeps loading forever!!!!!
