بكل أسف وخيبة أمل، جاء ردكم على مشكلتي مخيبًا للغاية وغير مقبول إطلاقًا! لم أكن أتوقع هذا المستوى من التجاهل أو الحلول غير المجدية من تطبيق يُفترض أنه مخصص لحل مشاكل البحرينيين وتلبية احتياجاتهم. ما حدث لا يرقى أبدًا لتوقعاتي ولا يتماشى مع ما يُروج له عن هذا التطبيق!

قدمت شكوى من تاريخ 4/JUL/2024 ومحد تواصل معاي لي اليوم تاريخ 11/JUL/2024 مر اسبوع وليحين انطرهم يردون علي

اقترحت اقتراح صائب في تعديل على لائحة الإنضباط الطلابي لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم ولكن أجابوني بأن اقتراحي غير قابل للتنفيذ ! فإذاً لماذا وضعتم الإقتراحات؟ زينة؟

They are not professional in problem solving as long as they didn’t solve my problem and they keep repeating the same answer which is general and not regarding my personal problem.
