⚠️ The TeamLive app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Since the latest update I have tried to access the help and support feature on the app, unfortunately no messages are able to send to the support team and I’m unable to get in contact with them through their email or Facebook page. I also believe a way to edit or request to update documents is something that should be implemented as I have been trying to change some but with the lack of help and support options it’s becoming increasingly difficult and frustrating

Awful app. I agree with all the other negative reviews. The fact that you can’t see what other colleagues are on your shifts or who’s running the shift is annoying as it’s useful and nice to see who you’re spending the day/night working with. Also keeps logging me out and forcing me to reset my password. Even though it has a report sickness option to let them know you’re not turning up for a shift it doesn’t work as there’s nothing to click on to submit a sickness it’s just a blank page and it’s the same for others too. Very hard to use and confusing.
Sort issue
This app is good but having problems when wanting to request paid holidays it won’t allow me to put paid holidays in but lets me do any of the others please fix this. Thanks
Faulty
App keeps logging you out, then when you attempt to sign back in it says your password or email is incorrect, if you click on forgot password that rarely works either
Terrible app !
Unreliable
You’d think with so many bad reviews from now and years ago they’d update and fix it’s issues. Sometimes I can’t see my shifts which makes me worry I’ll miss a shift because I can’t see it on the app.
This app is in serious need of updates.

Unfortunately I have to use this app. It’s slow, sometimes doesn’t work. It’s just terrible.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t let me log into my account despite putting the right credentials in please fix
Inconsistent
Sometimes shift’s doesn’t appear despite showing via web browser. Every month or so, app will randomly sign out and despite password being correct, will say ‘invalid credentials’, forcing you to reset your password.
When it works, it is fine but too many inconsistencies and unfriendly interface.
