Won’t open on first try
Need to swipe it away on iPhone and go back to reopen to have it work. Very frustrating. No fix.

The app is always frozen, does not open on phone or iPad in the office. Constantly needs to be refreshed while using it. Loses typed in matter frequently.
Every time I try to load the app it doesn't work and just stays stuck on the Tebra screen. I don't want to have to go on my computer or the web browser every time I want to check my appointments for the week!
I currently own an iPhone 8 Plus. While it's an older model, I was informed that the app does not fully support this version, even with the iOS 16 platform. I've encountered frequent issues where I have to reload the app or restart my phone just to get it to work, creating a frustrating cycle. My notes and storage costs me nearly $700 per month, yet I can't log in with my iPhone 8. I've been advised that I may need a newer iPhone to access the app effectively. If I had the chance to start over, I would choose not to use Tebra. I would prefer to explore options that incorporate AI for note creation, even if they come at a higher price. I find it hard to understand how the tech management team can maintain their positions when this level of support is lacking. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but it seems to be the only way companies will be motivated to improve and deliver the basic services we expect.
App shuts down a lot then when you reopen it you get errors. And have to redo this step 5-7 times
I love this app and when it works appropriately, it saves me a great deal of time! HOWEVER, this past three weeks I am only able to login once and then have to restart my phone with subsequent login attempts. Please fix this!
So now after I update and the logo shows up, it shows I have signed in with facial recognition and then nothing. Just the logo, can’t use it at all anymore
For the past month, the Kareo/Tebra App closes the moment I try to open a patient chart. Most of the time when I try to prescribe, the script gets sent to a pharmacy in another state even if the patient’s pharmacy is saved in their chart.
This app has great intentions but have to redo the notes multiple times and sections don’t save. It will only save one section at a time if you leave and come back. Was hoping it would speed up my note completion but it doesn’t.
I have downloaded the app but cannot log in as described in Help. There is no two factor authentication, credentials always fail to log in, and I have to go to old Kareo to access anything.
