Technics Audio Connect

The app does not show anything and cannot use its features unless it is connected with the headphones. Not a big deal unless you are trying to use the ‘last location’ feature to find your headphones… which then makes the feature utterly useless… Other than that, he app does the basic stuff one would expect to accompany upmarket earbuds (AZ 80) in my case, but is not intuitive.

Add features to change the background to light or dark…

Bought A800 sounds really bad right driver sounds more than left. Than app its lagging crashing takes too long reconnect what not says about sony,noise canceling not working properly or its really bad .

This app has worked perfectly for me, my only guess is that there must have been an update or something since all of the other complaints were made. The app is easy to use, effective and definitely adds to the headphones. The headphones themselves are great as well.

The only thing this app does is tell you how to connect to Bluetooth, after that the app keeps resetting and never lets you change settings.I’m genuinely upset that I’m not able to fully use the item i paid for.

Earbuds are great, connects ok and sound great. But are unfortunately let down by a very poor app. Every time you open the app it tells you to connect the earbuds by Bluetooth and to do this you have to forget the already connected earbuds and start all over again. Very frustrating. Please fix this issues ASAP.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Documentation presentation is poor, they need someone like me to convey information to the end user better, however the app compliments the hardware pretty well.

The technics earphones connects to my fone fine but this app keeps repeating the same thing telling me to connect to Bluetooth then don’t get any further, who ever made this app then sort ya life out, useless

This App used to work reasonably well. However since iOS 14.2, this App does NOT connect to the EAH-AZ70W even though the earphones connect to an iPhone 12 Pro via Bluetooth. PLEASE FIX THIS FUNDAMENTAL BUG

The earphones themselves reconnect to my iphone 10 just fine, but this app never does. It always tells you to connect them to Bluetooth and select earphone name, and then gets no further. You have to forget the device and go through the whole setup process again. Useless.
