Terrible Support actually NO SUPPORT
Supposed to be in group therapy once a week, they never ever sent nor send me the invites. I have called EVERY SINGLE NUMBER AND EVERY EMAIL PLUS TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONTRACT they have and every single number one of their people give me and pass me on to. Their people have it in their file that I’ve called and emailed and they are NOT providing me with the necessary tools. The people who answer the phone say they can’t give me the information bc none of them know what support to put me to that starts on a specific day at a specific time and that is on my file that they have access to and they ask every personal question to confirm it’s me however they can’t give me the info!? Honestly!! What is the point of having a service, having all these’ workers’, having a ‘tech support team’ when none of you are capable of supporting, following up, following through, or doing anything of consequence to help with the service that we pay for you to provide!! NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has followed up at any point. NONE OF THEM. -NOT TECH SUPPORT -NOT A GROUP LEAD -NOT A SUPERVISOR -NOT ANYONE No phone call, no text, no email follow up. NOTHING.
