TELUS Health One Reviews

Improve performance and content load time

Slow to load articles, demands patience

Ridiculous

Sidneybio on

I guess because it’s free sessions and money off the therapist doesn’t take our concerns serious

So SLOW

ERnoleGuy on

United States

The app is so slow it’s almost unbearable. It’s easier to launch the website on a 1998 Compaq PC with 56k dial up. Seriously, the app takes minutes to load and when you switch to other pages within, those too also take minutes to load. Don’t use the app. Go to the website on you phone or desktop.

Takes forever to load

Schatzi and Bean on

I like this product overall, I think it’s a great platform and tool. I don’t log in everyday because by the time it loads and logs in I have already gotten distracted by something else and have moved on from wanting to log my well-being challenge for the day.

App is clunky, services aren’t actually available

Oblio88 on

United States

I needed help, and when I reached out through the app, I reached an offshore employee who was just following a script. No actual counseling available.

Horrible interface

annoyed at crappy apps on

App is incredibly difficult to navigate. There is no clear indicator of how to access mental health help. Once you do find it you have to create several different accounts instead of just the one for this app. This app is useless if you cannot find and access the care you are supposed to find through it. No

Loads soooo slowly

Hmiz34 on

United States

I’ve tried a couple of times to access this app since my workplace paid for it for all employees but I can’t past the homepage. It takes way too long to load and actually makes me more stressed — definitely the opposite of its purpose. Pass.

Lacks steps tracking options

JBA159268 on

I can’t participate in my work challenge with my Garmin watch. Only integrates with Fitbit or your phone. I walk up and down stairs all day without my phone. There is not an option to enter a daily number using honor system.

Poor experience. Solicited too much info and no response after that.

Xxz159 on

I expected the call to be confidential and I was just trying to talk to someone. However, after spending 10min on the call being solicited personal information including name, date of birth, phone number, email, and zip code (twice, once by the auto system and once by the counselor), it seemed like the counselor was not online anymore. There was no sound after I checked multiple times. Very frustrating for me. But the good thing was I cried after that. That helped me relieve some pressure. Lol.

This app is worthless

trying to start working out on

I hate this app. It doesn’t sync my steps 100%. My job replaced our previous incentive plan with this app- obviously to save money. It’s impossible to get the points when I can’t access snackables and my steps are not all recorded. So if you don’t reach the point goal, no incentive for you. No matter how often I resync the steps still don’t work. I’ll be deleting it.
