英語が苦手でなければ本当におすすめ。ダンはテレビのアナウンサー、ジャーナリストで、ニュース読み中にいきなりパニックになった人。それからマインドフルネスを知り、先生に学び、実体験に基づきアプリを作ったから、単に瞑想だけでなく講義もある。コースは不安、集中力、ストレスなどテーマに分かれ、わかってくると単発ものは便利。睡眠用もある。 ダンのユーモアを交えた話はわかりやすいし、色々な有名なプラクティショナーが参画しているので好みの声や瞑想の人も選べる。色々とアプリを試すけど、結局これに戻ってくる。

Great app in general, but I especially liked the variety of teachers and teachings available. This paired with the podcast has helped to deepen my understanding, and has also given me a sizeable reading list to enjoy too

瞑想のアプリは色々使っていますが、Ten percent happier は一番好みです。ガイド役に男性が多いのも良いです。英語版しかないので英語が苦手な人にはとっつきにくいかもしれませんが内容の素晴らしさはピカイチ🌟だと思います。一回毎に数万円出して受講するレベルの内容が惜しみなくどっさり入っているので、このアプリを見つけてから受講しに行く必要がなくなりました。日本人のために字幕がつくといいかも、と思います。メインのDanはユーモアたっぷりでとてもチャーミング。彼自身がなぜ瞑想をするようになったかの体験に基づく話は私にも瞑想が役立つことを気付かせてくれます。それもこのアプリの大きな魅力になっています。英語アレルギーでないなら、是非お勧めします。

無料で登録した後に、無料トライアル1週間のリンクがメールで届きました。 今のところ、眠るためのマインドフルネスと痛みを意識しないためのメディテーションをやっていて、とっても良いです。特に眠るためのガイドは良い!不眠症で薬を飲んだこともありますが、そこまですぐに眠りに入ることがなかったぐらい、私には合ってます。

I’ve tried a lot of the mindfulness and meditation apps available and find this one the best for me. They are all good but some have distracting speakers, sounds, accents that don’t suit what I’m looking for. This is clear, no nonsense, to the point.
