Keeps on getting offline. Frequent resetting needed.

The camera is everything it said it was- i live in Canada and keep an eye on my place in Florida. Picture and sound quality is wonderful. Unit is small and can be placed anywhere.

Good price easy to use

For what it is, I like it. The features work, it controls the camera well, and set up was a breeze. I wish they offered more features. I do feel that it lags a bit but I am not sure if that’s dependent on your Wi-Fi connection or not. The camera that works with the app is quite great too. So far no complaints on the camera or the app. I just wish the camera audio output for speaking to the room was louder. I also notice when listening on the app to the audio in the room you are monitoring, its very static and echos a lot. I also wish it allowed recording not only by motion but also by sound. A little downfall for me too, is that even when I disable recording or shut off basic motion, I find it is still recording? I shut it all off, because I use it mainly to monitor my dog when I am not home. I was lying in bed and moved and the camera clicked as if it was going to start recording and the red light turned on and recorded long after movement was over. Thats a bit annoying and creepy. I also wish the recording wasn’t just based on movement but could be continuous or sectioned off at least into larger clips. But you can watch live and save images and video with or without audio to your camera roll. So having said that, for the price and for my needs out of this camera and app, I can say, again, for what it does and offers, it works great. Very happy with it! Updates and new features over time may be nice, but the app works currently, as does the Tend Lynx camera, so I can only see and anticipate improvements but its fine as it is and don’t want it to become overloaded and buggy in the future.
