Jump through hoops to cancel
The fact they implement auto renewal and make it so hard to cancel is just wrong, 0 stars for that alone. I never take the time to leave reviews but the number of hoops I had to jump through to cancel my membership was absolutely insane. Their website will tell you you can cancel in the app, that’s absolutely not the case don’t listen to what they say. You have to call the team, wait for the next associate and do it there. Absolutely unethical. Side note: the bikes are a fantastic service no complaints there, but the gimmicky stuff where you can’t easily cancel needs to go.
