Absolute scam
Claims there’s a free version, but you can’t use it and it just asks you to pay for the premium service whenever you want to open a file.
Won’t even let you use it
Unless you are at least in a trial period. This is a joke. I would never pay $120 a month for a texteditor. Greedy developers just don’t know how to make a good price to maximize their profit.

After 50 updates in 3 days app doesn’t work anymore
Subscription required for basic usage
The app lets you edit files about 3 times and then you’re required to pay for the subscription onwards. Absolutely a brick of an app afterwards.
