The plan has been working fine for over a month, except for some synchronization issues. However, we haven't been able to send text messages for the past two days. We can receive messages but cannot send them. When we tested it among ourselves, we realized that messages from our end are not going through. There are no error messages; the messages appear to be sent, so we thought everything was working fine. Please get back to me as we use this for business.

I just suscribe and paid plan number extension for 3 months, however, I can’t receive a message and a call. Please help.

I can’t believe you would constantly need an UPDATE when the app doesn’t even open. Did you guys gave up and just walked away with your subscribers money? Cause that is HOW it seems. FIX YOUR APP OTHERWISE JUST DELETE IT FROM THE APP STORE
I have had this 2nd phone app for several years. It has had some glitches at times but seemed to work ok. Since I updated my iPhone XR with iOS sw version 16.6 its is useless. I have removed the app and reinstalled from the App Store but the textme app just keeps loading. Thats all it does, What is odd is it still works on my iPad Air (running iOS 16.6). As long as it works on my iPad I will keep paying. However, if it stops all together then I will cancel the subscription. Why it works running iOS 16.6 on my iPad and not on my iPhone XR is odd. Textme needs to fix this disaster because it seems a lot of customers are very frustrated.
