This app has been failing me. I used it in the years prior, never had an issue. This year 2024 however, my inmate has not received my letters and pictures due to an error on TextBehind’s end. When my letter and pictures that I do online thru their website reaches my inmate, he is not able to receive it bcuz somehow someway a staple is included. After reaching out to the facility they assured me that when they open the letter to inspect it, a staple was included. BOTH TIMES! I have reached out to text behind and they don’t want to accommodate me for this inconvenience. I asked for a refund which was denied. This is the second time this happens. I’ve been a customer since 2020. I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed.

This is a so you don’t have to hand. Write letters. You can add pictures and add letters for a small price and they send it real quick and you can just talk the whole letter out in a few minutes

My loved one gets letters within three days and it costs less than 2 bucks to send photos and letter. Very grateful.

I don’t know what the holdup is with this app. I never get my notifications even though they are enabled. My letters take days and days to be delivered to my loved ones and the letters that I receive from my loved ones are usually a week old. I’m not sure if the issue is with the prison system, because I know they have to print the letters out, but again, I’m just not a fan.

I can’t believe the prices to just send a message. I can use other app to send it for a quarter of the price these guys charge

I’ve been using this app for almost two years. They are prompt with delivery. I had an issue with one facility not accepting my documents so I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and resolved the issue. Ver helpful, I highly recommend using this app to communicate with your loved one. They also provide feedback with notification on once something has been submitted and received,

I recently started using the TextBehind app to communicate with my loved one who is incarcerated, and I have been extremely impressed with the experience. I have found the customer service to be exceptional as well - it is easy to get ahold of someone and the responses are incredibly fast. Overall, I highly recommend the TextBehind app for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to stay connected with their incarcerated loved ones. It has made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Customer service was awesome! I was unable to get an account set up and they worked with me until I got one set up! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and to assist with setting up my account!! Highly recommend!

I love that it’s very fast and reliable. It’s faster than sending a letter in the mail!
