App is very easy to use, credits are cheap to purchase and they offer discount deals, customer service are very responsive, friendly and helpful and there’s a large character limit on standard letters. The only thing I’d change is more up to date greetings cards as most are really dated and maybe the possibility of being able to make your own greetings card. Despite this, you can still find a card for all occasions. Overall, the app is great to use and very user friendly.

I have been using TextBehind since May22 really great way of communicating with your loved one. Really simple and easy to use at all times and I had a question which they replied quickly and May the process easy.

I had entered incorrect details for my friend. I contact TextBehind and they got back to me very quickly and resolved my issue. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided me with some tips and advice to ensure that I could navigate and use all the app features. It’s much quicker and easier to send messages to my friend through TextBehind rather than writing.

I used to be able to send money from the UK to my loved one in the US. The service was suspended indefinitely last year and I now have nowhere else to turn as you can’t buy money orders in the UK. So disappointed and let down by this app! If I could, I would give zero stars.

I can’t believe the prices to just send a message. I can use other app to send it for a quarter of the price these guys charge

I’ve been using this app for almost two years. They are prompt with delivery. I had an issue with one facility not accepting my documents so I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and resolved the issue. Ver helpful, I highly recommend using this app to communicate with your loved one. Customer service was awesome! I was unable to get an account set up and they worked with me until I got one set up! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and to assist with setting up my account!! Highly recommend!
