Having to sign in every time is beyond silly at this point

Absolutely awful what’s being done. Can’t even travel to work without getting charged. Something needs to be done against this as it’s only effecting the working class. Can’t believe we let the government screw us this much. 🤮

Tried to pay a PCN using this app but it didn’t recognise it.

Not sure why it takes 3 days for a congestion charge to show up. The app logs out every few days and asked for ID and password each time.

Why does the app keep crashing every few weeks? It works alright for a couple of weeks and then it crashes, you can’t log in, can’t log in online either and you can’t pay not even as a guest... I had to pay a fine on two occasions because the app was not working. Fix the app.. it is a joke

After several failed attempts at trying to register a new account for ULEZ & Congestion charges I am left with having to pay two separate charges manually. Very poor website!

Useless, shows total I owe but no breakdown for this i.e. no individual charges or statements.

Attempted to pay penalty for yellow grill so to simplify it for future wanted to register myself. Money had been taken away from my account immediately but no confirmation or account activation emails received. Wy would you take so much personal information from customers if you are not bothered? TFL being TFL really, so nothing new, nothing surprising.

At least if you ask for a sign in remember the customer ID it’s a 10 digit number - who can remember that. Shoddy pointless app.
