Very bad, not integrated, even the CS of Thai does not know this app
Two days ago, I rescheduled my flight and made a payment of the rescheduled fee and penalty fee through this app. But then, I do not accept yet the new ticket even after 1 day of payment. I made a phone call with the customer service operated in Jakarta, Indonesia, her name is Siska, and she said my payment does not recorded yet. Even she does not familiar with the Thai Airways app because when I mentioned that I made a payment through app, she laughed and made a joking what app that I used. After that, I sent the payment proof and the screenshot of my flight on app to email address of Thai operated in Jakarta. They replied my email that I have to wait until today. Unfortunately, I have not received a new ticket until now. It is indicated that the Thai app is not integrated with the customer service even the customer service staff laughed at me wondering Thai air have an app. It’s a shame for a big company like Thai air give very bad and poor service to customer.
