iPad app only works in portrait

Using the ipad app - it gets stuck in portrait mode - surely that is easy to fix ?

forget this app

Deletes frequent flyer number. Deletes all information Asks 20 minutes of details then deletes. Bank authorisation faulty. Errors errors errors. Promised cash plus miles, no way to redeem for appointed reward family member. GREAT FLIGHTS at a reasonable price. awful app!!!

Slow & can’t sign in

Since the update the app is running very slowly. To echo previous reviews, you can’t sign in to the account, only as a guest.

PLEASE GIVE ME THE OLD APP BACK !!!

An APP for frequent travelers that does not work outside Thailand. That requires a special award for ingenuity- fire your developers and hire someone who knows what they’re doing.

Cannot sign in

I have my member number and PIN but the app asks for member number and password. Is PIN and password the same? Anyway like some other comments I have read I also cannot sign in to the app even though I can sign in on the website. Please explain why this problem is happening? Thanks

Sign In Problems

Updated app but now unable to sign in with message - something went wrong please try again. I even reset password but still same message. I has to sign in to the website via desktop in the end. Not good.

Login Broken

Since the recent redesign, login appears to be broken. I hope this can be fixed soon, as it currently makes the app useless.

ROP Login Error – STILL

Edit: 3rd update over the past few days, I presumed for bug fixes…But still unable to login to ROP….How hard can it be ?!! ROP login is not working since this re-designed update…have checked my credentials logging in on the website, all OK…but App constantly giving ‘something went wrong’ error when trying to login member details…..

Bug fix?????

I don’t think so that you know what does it mean for bug fix???? Still problem with log in. It’s the worse airline’s app ever.
