The Class is music-driven workout experience that borrows from yoga in its spirit, a rock concert in its energy, and bootcamp in its grit. Through guided instruction and carefully curated playlists, we repeat one move per song, while leading you through exercises you're familiar with such as squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. By subscribing to our Digital Studio, you can join us in our studios from where you are and enjoy access to over 70 full length live-streamed workout classes per week, a robust library of on-demand classes, sweat-free meditation, and other exclusive content from the Teachers of The Class.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Class by Taryn Toomey on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Love it
Transformative workout! I crave it when I have 1 or 2 days off, never had that experience before with other kinds of movement. The teachers are amazing and seem to say just what you need to hear to stay inspired, motivated, and aligned with yourself. Well-curated music keeps you moving! The Class is the perfect outlet for my mind, body, soul during these stressful times.
