What a surprise!
This app achieves all the goals that it sets out. I found the exercises to be well adjusted to my needs and capabilities, and it still allows me to readjust the intensity on a daily basis. I would also highlight how easy and straightforward the videos are and that the literature is simple but super effective. I highly recommend this!

App Doesn’t work
Once you pay for the very expensive subscription the app buffers on the coach section and it does nothing from there. They say they will fix it but it still doesn’t work. I want my money back ASAP
Doesn’t work
Just buffers on the Coach, not loading one bit of info. On the program side, can’t even update my data. The feed seems to be working. The personal data doesn’t allow to update any info. Will be canceling before the experimentation, because there is no sense to pay monthly for nothing
