Bra app
Är en bra hjälp för att börja omprogrammera sig själv efter ett långt förhållande.
Good but not great
Great content but to overwhelming. Would be much better to have bite size bits. Starting with one piece not all in. Building habits starts with small steps.
Great app for overall health
While I mainly use this app for the kegel exercises, it offers many other benefits, sush as dietary guidance, workout plans, and more. All very easy to use and navigate. I would definitly recommend everyone to use it, even if it is just for one of the functions.
Finally a health app for men!
I do enjoy the app even if I did find a few bugs, but they are taken seriously and for that reason it does not affect my review. Just a few days in and the app is motivating and inspiring. Not only keeping me active but also keeping me informed of “Why” and not only “How”. Hopefully the input I’ve given, one day will make my experience even better and thus become my main Health app.
Loved the app
This app have already changed my life after 2 weeks, it focuses on mens health in general and not only the sexual aspect. It gives you an understanding on what going on in your body and how you can change the corcumstances.It also is made very professionally.
Thieves!!! You cannot cancel your subscription from your iphone.
The worst app ever. I don’t know how apple allows these kind of fraud on app store and apple pay.
Either a Scam or a bugfix is needed.
Doesn’t work and no one answers from support. It’s just loading when pressing the survey button. Looks more and more as a scam and i am surprised that it could pass apples screening.
