Even 1 star is too much.
How can you not have any customer support beyond a slow and unresponsive live chat with some dude called Barry. You were lightning quick to take my money but when my food order didn’t arrive for 2 hours you took your sweet time to tell me that you don’t process refunds. Avoid this app altogether, they’ll take your money and have 0 accountability. CS couldn’t even provide an email address for complaints. Pathetic service PS: forced updates? Really?

Not worth it if only for Jeddah
If you are looking at purely discounts for Jeddah, don’t buy it. Very limited discounts with most major brands not included. Some that are, only specific branches are included so can be a real pain if you fancy something but can’t redeem the discount as it is branch specific.
Amazing Savings , great experience!
I bought the app this year and I am very please with the variety of trendy and high end restaurants . The user experience is much better and clear , so I found it easier to navigate
Not as many good options as before
I’ve been using entertainer for 10 years and this will be my last. Most of the top places are no longer on. Apps like Careem and Zomato offer fantastic offers too
Not what it was
The options have really deteriorated to such a level that we feel this is now a waste of money. We won’t be using this next year for that reason.
