If you are looking at purely discounts for Jeddah, don’t buy it. Very limited discounts with most major brands not included. Some that are, only specific branches are included so can be a real pain if you fancy something but can’t redeem the discount as it is branch specific.

I bought the app this year and I am very please with the variety of trendy and high end restaurants . The user experience is much better and clear , so I found it easier to navigate

I’ve been using entertainer for 10 years and this will be my last. Most of the top places are no longer on. Apps like Careem and Zomato offer fantastic offers too

The options have really deteriorated to such a level that we feel this is now a waste of money. We won’t be using this next year for that reason.

The concept and savings achieved are very good. However, the search capability really lets the app down, and limits our usage of the vouchers. If I search for Mall of the Emirates when I’m at home 20km away, only ONE offer comes up. If I search for the same when I’m actually IN the mall of the emirates, I get lots of offers come up. But then i have another problem - if I want to filter the results to show, say, only restaurants, I can’t! So what if I don’t search a location, instead I select a category (restaurants) and then enter a location into the search bar to filter on only the restaurants in that location? It doesn’t work, it reverts to showing me ALL types of outlets. This makes it very hard to explore new outlets and try new things, instead we end up sticking to the ones we already know. This really needs to be sorted out.

3 out of 3 outlets said their menu is specific for entertainer meals; for example, chocoloco menu states only 6 items on the entertainer menu (main menu items are excluded), despite entertainer states offer is on main menu items. Furthermore, they only offer buy one, get another the same - cannot select any other item. I've been a big user of entertainer for 15 years, from dubai, abu dhabi, bahrain and Qatar, but this is my last year.
