I really like this free app. It give great advice on how to build healthier relationships with family and yourself

So far I’ve loved the lessons because they’re applicable to me and my self awareness and how I navigate the world, my relationship with family and friends, and of course with my child. It’s asking me to practice these actions on myself first which is incredibly helpful.

I learned a lot in this course! I can see myself making a better relationship with my friends, family, and spouse with what I have learned from the app.

I’m a mom of 5, navigating my emotions and theirs is lot of what i do. So great to have guidance and cohesive information on how these pieces all fit and work.

I was skeptical as I am w many apps however this one surprised me… it’s free of charge & offers practical tangible help! Very happy!

Understanding how the mind works through the video and quizzes has helped me retain the information. I’m learning so much & I’ve seen a difference since I’ve started implementing these methods. Very grateful to have found this app.

This app is so useful in opening up your mind to the way your feelings work and how kids view and experience things. Was a reality check on how much growing up I have to do as a parent and how I can grow and be a better father/partner. Has helped me communicate better with my loved ones, definitely one of the best apps I have every downloaded to my phone! Highly recommended!

This app is very quick and easy to go through. I appreciate the samples of how to apply the principles into real everyday life. I plan to go back and refresh on a few sections, because it was so fun to go through them all and get to the good stuff. Very thankful to have stumbled across this app!

As a complex trauma therapist I have never loved an app more than this app!!! It applies to every human! Not just kids!
