Great advice on parenting and relationships and it cost you only time, more people nees to know about this app!

Great app for personal development and understanding our own childhood dynamics in the past. After a short video, we are given specific exercises to understand emotional responses. I believe this is very valuable project that could contribute on a larger scale.

So far I’ve loved the lessons because they’re applicable to me and my self awareness and how I navigate the world, my relationship with family and friends, and of course with my child. It’s asking me to practice these actions on myself first which is incredibly helpful.

I learned a lot in this course! I can see myself making a better relationship with my friends, family, and spouse with what I have learned from the app.

This app is so useful in opening up your mind to the way your feelings work and how kids view and experience things. Was a reality check on how much growing up I have to do as a parent and how I can grow and be a better father/partner. Has helped me communicate better with my loved ones, definitely one of the best apps I have every downloaded to my phone! Highly recommended!

This app is very quick and easy to go through. I appreciate the samples of how to apply the principles into real everyday life. I plan to go back and refresh on a few sections, because it was so fun to go through them all and get to the good stuff. Very thankful to have stumbled across this app!
