What a lame app that it will not allow me to filter it at all!! I am forced to search thru items that are not relevant to me if I want to shop on it. Don’t waste your time 😕

Terrible Customer Service

The payout I receive for the items I post on the Luxury Closet app is less than 50% than the selling price. even though a discount code was available for Nama von it was never shared with me until after the date I posted my items. Given that I am a regular customer, and I’ve already sold more than five items through the Luxury Closet app before I should be able to redeem the code, but they didn’t allow me to. They said that the VIP customer service will be in contact with me, but they never reached out to me. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to use their app.

SCAM

SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company! I made a purchase combined with shipping of about 5K and never received my items. The shipping company forged my signature, and I have been dealing between the Luxury Closet and DHL on this matter, and it was concluded that the case is closed. I did not sign off on my items and still never received them. Luxury Closet is another scam, and do not trust them.

They took my money and never ship item

I tried to purchase an item on here and the order never went through. It kept trying to get me to continue to order it and they charge my card three times. They refunded me only once I then had to contact PayPal to have them refund me and I still have an outstanding charge from them know item and I finally had to go through my credit card to get the remainder refunded. I will not deal with them again.

Sold items easily. Sometimes have not received a good seling price but thats ok. Have got good deals on items overall . 😍

Bad App

The service is bad, the follow-up is not serious, an item was displayed on their site and it was sold without my notification. stupid app
