Shipping charge
I have been a long time client of YOOX but at one point, it started charging us shipping fees, while I had enjoyed free shipping charges as long as I order the items online App of YOOX . Now this service of free shipping ( by ordering via App ) is back , I am very pleased and excited about it, not that I am being cheap . It helps a lot !
Going through the web is far easier
Constant of resetting of password Three tries to get the credit card organized. The numbers in the system I put in the correct code each time and it took three times. Poor performance.

good quality and fair prices
I’ve been shopping yoox since 2016 and haven’t had one bad experience. Of course final sale items are risky but usually worth the risk.
