Hello please note that I did not receive my VIP 5 points while buying with real money. My VIP is still zero. Please help
Issue on Ads
Ads are way too often we can’t appreciate having fun with a game with so much ads and some game proposed are very aggresive and can cause harm to people in everyday life their are game about killing poney what will a child think when he or she will see a real horse? Killing it was normal Seriously who the hell creating those type of stupid game their’s another way earning money. That my opinion thank you Please review the excessive way of puting ads every 3 minutes in that game.

Each time I ask to do a task there’s an advertise! The oasics quick finish the task! It’s difficult to play and have fun like this

When the app just updated it crashed and did not open. I deleted it and tried to redownload but it takes ages to do that. Please fix it.

Lots of improvements required
Ringlets of fire must not be available just for a limited time. I just started playing the sims and I missed it on the 7th to 14th of March And more time for the quests special rewards The lifestyle lotus should be bought in a bungle not always paying 0.99 US per lotus
Great but
The game is great but since the update my sims swap from their daily Clothes into their work clothes and it is annoying
Size
The game is awesome, I love it! It's my favorite game actually! However, the people are too standard. It would be better to choose the shape, size, height of our sims. They cannot all be alike, have the same nose mostly and exact same body... That is my sole complaint.
