I paid the 3 year fee assuming that the e paper will be displayed on the full screen of my iPad Air instead it is a tiny display in the centre. I need my money back

Membership renewal page issues
I have been trying to renew the membership for more than two months now but the renew page doesn’t open and fails every time with a standard error message. I really wonder if there are no alerts or error monitoring on that page so that the developers can proactively fix such issues. That is the most important page from revenue point of view. There is no easy way to reach out to support team to raise the issue.
Even after paying full year subscription they are saying subscription expired.
Articles are becoming biased as well as their system is not smart. Paid full year membership via Apple. It showed membership active for a few days before saying membership expired. Also there is no clear way to get this resolved.
TOI+ subscription
Have sent 3 complaints that I cannot read articles and stories on TOI+ even after paying a subscription of $29.99 for a year. I have received 3 acknowledgments with ticket numbers but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. If TOI cannot fix this problem, could you please refund the amount of $29.99 Australian I will not recommend anyone to subscribe to your paper online as the service is very poor and TOI does not address the problem
Advertisement splash page
Your full page advertisement splash page after every couple of clicks is irritating. Your mobile app has become add site. Really annoying.
Ads of India
Was a user for over 10 years, leaving now due to horrendous ad popups making the app unusable. Terrible, unforgiving. Won’t be installing again until proven otherwise. Your greed will eventually destroy you. Just a matter of time.
Glitches galore
Every article I get oops try again later, pretty lousy no help from TOI

I have a membership but I can’t use it because it always fails when I try restoring my purchase.
TOIlet news
It’s more focus selling premium version and useless Bollywood news. Batter to switch some other good app
