Touch ads annoying and irritating. TOI used to be very informative but over the years it has gone downhill.
Aggressively taking over music
I am listening to the music on my phone and wanna read news. I open this app it stops my music for sometimes Nothing or sometimes to play ads or voiceover or anything. Does multiple times and keeps interrupting music
Congress Bias
I read few newspapers but TOI tactically favours Congress. I hope to see more impartial contents.
Times of India for IPAD
Hi, I am unable to find the TOI for IPAD. In apple App Store only TOI for IPHONE is available.
Not user friendly
App is not user friendly. You can’t see full screen on the I pad. Not easy to find only today’s news. Today edition is mix with old news. There is no proper off-line reading of the news. It is just scan copy of printed edition which is very difficult to read. I wish to find content same easy way I find in printed edition. The way news are displayed should be same. I end up reading more news on printed version because latest and top news are easily displayed. On app old news and not top news are displayed on home page. Please make app of international standard so it is easy to read on tablet or phone even in offline mode.
TOI app splendid though hate the ads...
The app is good and layout well done..news coverage is ok and I find too much of page 3 kind of news. Expecting proper editorial and investigative journalism that will enrich and enlighten reader.
