the game kept saying i am not connected to the network when i try to download the episode and cant get a refund when i pressed refund how do i download or get a refund?

Episode doesnt downloaded

I have already pay for episode 2 but it doesnt installed, when i click on the episode it said to purchase the episode again??? Why???!!!

Barely playable

There are points where you make choices but answers are left with “choice is blank” answers which are bugs in the game! This is unacceptable for a game that has been on the store for so long. And dont get me started on the management of episode downloads, those menus dont work properly! Also i encountered glitches where random people are posed frozen in time while the game continues its dramatic scene. All this kills an otherwise girppig game!

Really short story line and where season 3

Poor

Poorly designed. Failed to upload saved files. Noway to logout from the game. Back button in saved file screen prompt you to delete the saved file. Noway to copy saved file like in previous season.

I purchased this episode but the play, dialogue choice will be blank..please fix this or refund.
