Trouble with doenloading

I paid the season 2 for all episode but until now I still cannot download the rest episode. Every time I tried to download, the game always told me to connect my device which is the lastest version of iPad pro, so my ipad is definitely have no problem of playing this game. Please send me how to fix it, I still really want to play the rest episode. Thank you very much!

I bought 2-5 episodes, but it can’t download. So everyone who play this game don’t pay for the other episodes. - -

Why buy other episodes!!!

I would give 5 stars if other episodes where free.and 3 stars beacause this is an asome game.and good storyline

Please fix EP2-5

I’ve bought ep.2-5 pack in app but they’re not work. Although I installed all of episode. Problems that i’ve found are : there’re not subtitle and I can’t control character. Clamentine suddenly stand in a van and not move. I’m not sure what’s going on.. so I can’t continue my game. Sad.
