It’s been years and they still haven’t fixed the problem where you could have a perfect internet connection and it still won’t let you download.

Absolute scam!!!

Enjoyed the 1st episode so brought the add on and now it’s saying they can’t download due to no internet when I’m sat trying to download with FULL SIGNAL!! Don’t bother wasting the money! What a scam!

Do not download the extra content, you will not receive it.

After watching the first episode, my son asked to download the extra content. After paying the £14.99 for this all we received was a message on each episode saying coming soon. You can’t see this until you have paid, and considering the app is years old, you would think they had put the content up by now. I tried to get a refund but for some unknown reason only known to apple who enable this con to happen my purchase is not available for a refund. If anyone from this app reads this, sort yourself out and give out what we’ve paid for

Don’t buy can’t play past episode 1

Is a great game however for some reason episodes 2-5 once bought won’t download and will say you’ve got no internet connection when downloading even with a strong WiFi or using 4/5G. This issue hasn’t been resolved even though people have been complaining for years. Telltale no longer administrates over this game therefor there’s no help or support for the game. It’s a great game but play it on a pc, it doesn’t work on mobile. I bought all episodes and can’t find a way to get refund.

5 star game but episode 2-5 won’t download

Played the game before multiple times so won’t give a bad rating but none of the episodes will download saying it’s not connected to the internet I’ve updated my phone re downloaded the game and tried multiple working networks. Please fix

It’s a great game but the reason I give it a 1 star is because I brought all the episodes and they won’t let me download the game so I have basically paid £14.99 for a game I can’t play and if the company of the game sees this message please fix it but if u can’t fix it can I get a refund because I just lost my money on a game I can’t play

Doesn’t work

Game let me play episode 1 but the rest will not download due to internet connection. I’ve tried on my 4G, and numerous households and still won’t download. Refund please.

Best game

My cousin told me about this game ever since i was always playing this game because it is soo fun but theres a bad wich is u have to buy the other episodes.

Other episodes costing money

Absolutely love TWDG Ive watched gameplays of the game and fell in love so I decided to play it myself. Sadly I was really looking forward to play other episodes but then found out that you actually gotta pay for them which kinda sucked but I already know what happens so it isn’t a huge deal to me

Good but very buggy

I’m enjoying this game a lot, but now in season 2, I’ve started getting a lot of instances where the choices just say, ‘this choice is blank’. I’ve tried redownloading the chapter, clearing cache etc. It’s making the game kind of unplayable, as I can’t see the choices I’m making.
