Too much permissions that should be optional required for installation, eg Calendar access. I dont want whatever information added than the one I put myself from the app that is more or less a calendar itself! Also, the lack of transferability is shameful.
So far it’s the most usefull app I have ever used. It is absolutely helpful in understanding what the baby is going through, which skills are obtained and which to improve.I love it. It helps so much when I have to think about games to play.
The application gives pretty good information about how the baby’s world changes through their development. It’s nice that there are some ideas about games that can be played with the child so that the new skills are practiced and encouraged. Also, the detailed explanations about how the baby perceives the world help the parent understand better what’s going on and not stress about some changes in their behaviour.
Extremely accurate prediction of the leaps which was very helpful with the sleep concerns we had.

It was very hard the second leap without this app I would think I broke my baby! She kept waking up crying, I guess it was because she wouldn’t recognize the place. Luckily I stayed within steps from her so she would always see me right away and calm down. At the end she was ok and loved everyone’s patterned clothes, it was super cute!
I love using the wonder weeks app to log my daughter’s signals, skill gains, to create a pdf with stories of these things, and for the community feature. All have helped ease my anxiety, taught me new information, given me perspective on what other parents are thinking about, and allowed me a sweet way to log information about her days that hopefully I can one day share with her.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend the wonder weeks app. It roughly guess your baby milestones at specific times but every baby is different. My baby showed milestones way earlier or way later than the app suggested. That can be stressful for a 1st time mom. I would save my money and just talk with doctors, friends or even google for free.
I bought this app when my first baby was born and it has been such a huge help! It’s so nice knowing why my baby may be fussy, even if there isn’t a whole lot I can do to stop the fussiness. The explanations of each leap are fascinating and I love the suggestions to encourage development during and after a leap. I used this app for all 3 of my children and I like how the app has improved over the years.
