Poor product development strategy and customer service
Wonder Weeks have recently changed the charging model to a subscription and in doing so have permanently locked all existing customers out of accessing new features that come with this change. And you can’t swap to the subscription version with the new features if you’ve bought it in the past! The most frustrating thing about this is the newest version includes a very obvious and important feature which is the ability to share an account so that both parents can access / edit info for a child together. Raising this issue with their customer support the response was essentially ‘tough luck’. Clearly existing customers don’t matter once they’ve got their money!
Not worth the money
Interesting and informative but not unique and therefore expensive for what it is. I was also charged twice and messaged help desk but have never heard anything back from them (there is no contact number to call)
Amazing app. So so useful!
So useful! I have the app for over 5 years and used it for both of my kids. Helps me understand them better and give me a good idea of what is happening and what they are going through. Recommending and always will. I don’t have a village to go to ( not even a person actually) and this has helped me so much. There’s activities as well. Amazing!
It is impossible to get support after payment
My wife bought the app and sent invite to me. But the invite is broken and I can't get any answers from support 5 days. The developer don't care about you after payment
A load of rubbish.
Didn’t lineup for me at all. Didn’t find the app particularly intuitive. Fell like I wasted my money. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really accurate and has helped me understand why my baby suddenly changes behaviour, eating more / less etc

Impossible to get into the app, as the verification code just takes me to download the app again.
Love wonder weeks, worth it!
Love it always aligns and makes you at ease when you see it’s just a fussy phase and even more that it’s a developmental step and your child is progressing and growing as a real life little person ! Some lovely ideas and games to help bring them on too. Used it with all three of my children and would definitely recommend. Thank you wonder weeks!

WW is great! Just gives enough information without being overwhelming. The explanations are great to help understand what your baby is going through.
