I have used Thinkladder for a few years now. Sometimes I struggle to put aside time for using it, but it doesn't stop me from finding value in the regular insight reminders I have set up. Occasionally I open up the app to find some fresh insights or use the insight journal. The loneliness guided audio practices were transformative for me, especially during lockdown in 2021.

Would be a great app if it wasn’t almost $10 to unlock a singular pathway/“insight”, it’s also $80 to unlock all of them. A lot, if not most people struggling with mental illness are also struggling financially. I’m sure you all put a lot of work into this app but, charging people who need help that much money just to get a couple of therapy/shadow work questions that they can look up online and journal themselves? It’s tone deaf.

The more I use this app the more change I see and feel. The first time I used this app I felt a moment of change in my emotions and thoughts and now I’m seeing contentment of life and how beautiful the world actually is around me x also the app is very easy to use.

Notification glitch

Great app. Only thing is that when I schedule a positive affirmation it doesn't stop once I remove it out of my gallery (it still comes up as a notification on my phone) can you please fix this somehow :)
