After clicking the balance and select the account, the app is forced closed
Business not reliable
Love the app, but all of sudden they decided to pull out of my market (and only keep one of their two brands active). The assets I have can’t be transferred to another broker, they did offer an account with Charles Schwab, but in reality the account opening was made so tedious (send in a paper check to deposit money, is this the 90’s?), that it’s not a feasible option. With the market down now, I’m forced to sell them at a significant loss. This is a terrible decision for a company to make when the whole market is down, they must be full aware of the client impact, but they simply don’t care. Wouldn’t recommend trading with TDAmeritrade, as they’re unreliable in the business continuity, which can leave you with a loss of money.
ThinkOrSwim is a great great trading software
Thinkorswim is a great software - The best in its kind. As Hong kong users we will be missing this soon from our lives . I most regret to lose Thinkorswim. It has thus far been a very positive experience in using Thinkorswim. I told a friend of mine - my engineering class classmate who later his Doctorate from MIT - that Thinkorswim is the Rolls Royce of trading software . Securities and options Trading is not an easy activity . Thinkorswim is the software A great trading software - a great product , have not seen any better so far . can’t login after updated
Too aggressive with login
Way way way too aggressive with needing password. Can switch out of app for a few seconds and back and it demands password again. Same IP same device same everything and it demands password. This just encourages users to simplify their password. Should have a read only mode and user preference for password request aggressiveness. Will amend the rating once this is implemented.
