Bad user experience

Hangs freeze and slow responce. Issues login and trading buy sell execution fail. Happens Especially during trading hours. When non trading hours there is no problem.TOD needs upgrade your network server etc as it cant support your Hugh client base.

Singapore td is the worst. It take clients money

Avoid Singapore .the most unhelpful

Extra fees and rule for non-Accredited Investor accounts will be restricted -

Beginning 27 October 2023, all remaining non-Accredited Investor accounts will be charged a monthly account maintenance fee of USD$50. Accounts with balances less than USD$50 will only be charged an amount to reduce their cash balance to $0 (zero). As of U.S. market close on 1 December 2023, non-Accredited Investor accounts will be restricted. We will no longer accept new trade orders to establish positions or deposits on any remaining accounts. However, you may still place liquidating orders to close positions. Starting at U.S. market open on 4 December 2023, any remaining accounts (excluding those of Accredited Investors) with a debit balance (margin loan financed by securities lending) may have positions liquidated to bring these accounts to a zero or positive cash balance. We will no longer offer securities financing. This is really a big impact on investor at this period of time if account is in losses. Good luck

This recent update is full of bugs!! Frequent app crash and logouts!! Please work on it!!

App keep crashing this week

The app keep crashing this week even after I reinstall the app.

Unstable Version

Latest updated version is not stable. The app close itself n very irritating. We look into position, it close it self.

Keeps crashing

Since update to Version 205.4, app keeps crashing. I tried delete the app and reinstall it, the app crashes almost immediately and the app becomes unusable and useless. Developer, please fix it. Thanks
